Our Mission:
The Materials Chemistry Committee of NESACS is dedicated to fostering innovation,
collaboration, and education at the intersection of chemistry and materials science.
Goals:
- Advance Materials Innovation – Promote scientific exchange on cutting-edge materials
for healthcare, energy, sustainability, and consumer applications. - Bridge Academia and Industry – Create opportunities for collaboration between
students, researchers, and professionals in the Greater Boston area and beyond. - Empower the Next Generation – Provide students and early-career scientists with
mentorship, professional development, and networking platforms. - Engage the Community – Host symposia, workshops, and outreach activities that
highlight the role of materials chemistry in addressing global challenges. - Support Diversity & Inclusion – Cultivate an inclusive environment where all voices
contribute to shaping the future of materials science.
