Join us on February 20 from 6-7 PM via Zoom for an interactive workshop on Individual Development Plans (IDPs) by Corrie Kuniyoshi. At this interactive workshop you will learn about IDPs, what they are and are not, their components, IDP resources, and highlights from research focused on what can make going through the IDP-Process impactful for STEM undergraduates and graduate students. Attendees will engage in activities centered around the IDP-Process and building their mentor network towards supporting their career goals.
